Short version: we collect only what’s needed to recover missed calls.

Information we collect

Call Guards collects phone numbers, SMS messages, and basic lead details (vehicle info, issue description, preferred time) when a customer contacts a business using our service.

How we use it

  • Send automated SMS replies after missed calls
  • Deliver lead details to the business owner
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the service

What we don’t do

  • No selling of personal data
  • No advertising to callers
  • No data collection unrelated to the service

Data storage

Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for business operations or legal requirements.

Data Sharing

Call Guards shares data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, such as SMS and telephony providers. These providers process data solely to deliver the service.

SMS Communications

Call Guards sends automated text messages in response to missed phone calls made to businesses using our service. These messages are transactional in nature and directly related to the caller’s inquiry.

By calling a business that uses Call Guards, callers consent to receive automated text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Callers may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No Marketing Use

Call Guards does not use caller information for advertising or marketing purposes and does not sell personal data. Messages are sent only to facilitate communication between the caller and the business they contacted.

We do not share or sell consumer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
